A quick update

Here we are in the majestic Tetons of Wyoming! Internet is slow and difficult, but we thought we give you a quick update.

Life since Helena has been full of fun, beautiful and challenging mountains. We met a great group of fellow bikers that we trekked along with for a few days, and the company was great! Crossed into Idaho a couple days ago and rested my sore knees at Mack's Inn. Saturday we crossed into Wyoming, which was bittersweet as Josh had to ride 50 miles in the hot sun with food poisoning (and one of the spots Josh got sick, a skunk came along to investigate, so on we went!) It was a superhuman feat, and we were lucky to recover in such a beautiful area.

On we go now, into what looks like what might be our first day of riding in the rain. We hope to be in Pinedale Wednesday or Thursday, and will give more updates then!
